A lease renewal at Craigie Plaza became an opportunity to think beyond the tenancy.

Working with Roma Republic and the property owner, Range identified an opportunity to introduce a new alfresco area that supports existing operators, improves amenity for customers and helps shape the future of this part of the centre.
