When one deal leads to another… there's plenty to celebrate! 🙌

And judging by this photo, Adam Smith and the team were pretty happy with the outcome!

A fantastic result at 13/210 Winton Road, Joondalup, which was leased shortly after hitting the market to a growing music school expanding its operations north.

With the incoming tenant able to utilise the existing fit-out, the transaction allowed for a smooth transition and a positive outcome for both the outgoing tenant and landlord.

But the success didn't stop there!

The result caught the attention of another owner within the complex, who approached Adam to lease their property. This led to a second successful transaction, secured off-market, along with a new Property Management appointment for Altegra.

Two properties leased, both deals finalised on the same day, and a new client relationship established.

A great example of how delivering results can open doors to new opportunities. 👏

A little friendly competition, plenty of laughs and a very lucky night for Team Altegra!

Our recent team outing at Perth Bowling & Recreation Club started with a competitive session of lawn bowls, followed by drinks, great food and an unexpected winning streak in the club’s nightly raffle.

Tony kicked things off by taking home the first meat pack, before pulling Francesca’s name for the second prize… who then pulled Amanda’s name for the third! Three Altegra winners in a row, each heading home with a gourmet meat pack... you couldn’t have planned it better if you tried. 😂

Beyond the wins, what really stood out was the warm welcome and fantastic community atmosphere at the club. We enjoyed the evening so much that Altegra is very happy to be coming on board as a sponsor.

We’re looking forward to supporting the club, getting to know more of the local community and, of course, returning for plenty more fun nights on the green.

Something tells us this won’t be our last lucky night! 👏

The forum provided valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges facing Large Format Retail, while reinforcing the importance of collaboration, innovation and strong industry relationships.

With more than $105 billion in annual sales and over 478,000 jobs supported nationally, the Large Format Retail sector continues to play a critical role in Australia's economy. Events like the LFRA Forum ensure industry leaders remain connected and focused on the future.

Football, business and great company. What more could you ask for? ⚽️

Altegra’s Tony Brooks, Jamie Foster and Cristian Federico were fortunate to experience the iconic AC Milan v Inter Milan match at Optus Stadium, sharing the evening with Basil Arasi, Nunzio Arasi and Rinaldo De Paolis.

While the action on the field certainly delivered, the real highlight was the opportunity to connect with valued friends, colleagues and fellow business leaders.

As proud members of the ICCWA, it was wonderful to spend the evening in the Optus Corporate lounge, alongside Perth's vibrant Italian business community and 52,000 fans. The Chamber continues to play an important role in bringing together people, businesses and cultures across Western Australia.

Memorable matches come and go, but strong relationships last a lifetime.

Thanks to everyone who made it such an enjoyable evening.

When you fill a room with brilliant women you know there is going to be lively conversations, joyful laughter and plenty of w**e - our first Sip & Connect event was everything we hoped for!

A big thank you to our guest presenter, Julia Schortinghuis, Director, Lighthouse Capital. Julia wowed the room with her amazing presentation about building good money habits. As Julia put it... "when your financial house is in order, you can focus on what you really want in life."

This topic struck a chord with everyone in the room which was evident by the dynamic question time and the many relevant conversations following.

Turns out, the competition in commercial property isn't the only thing fierce around here. 🏌️

The Altegra team took to the greens at Matagarup Mini Golf last Friday afternoon and let's just say... everyone played to win.

Questionable putting techniques were on full display, with more than a few members fishing their balls out of the pond and on occasion, from somewhere beyond the fence.

A fantastic afternoon with an even better crew. Here's to rival teammates who make the work week worthwhile. ⛳

Recently, Tony and Francesca were honoured to attend a cocktail function hosted by Shaw and Partners Financial Services, welcoming the Ambassador of Italy to Australia, Mr. Nicola Lener, on his first visit to Perth.

In his address, Ambassador Lener spoke to the many opportunities between Western Australia and Italy, across innovation, energy, technology and future-focused industries. An inspiring reminder of how much is possible when business and diplomacy come together.
