Significant progress is now visible at “Gap Ridge Local”, with over 50% of the concrete slabs now completed and tilt up wall construction has also begun!

Another key milestone is fast approaching, with structural steel scheduled to arrive on site, marking the next stage in the development's construction journey.

Monthly drone photography and video captured by Flying Fox Media continue to highlight the transformation of the site, offering a unique bird's-eye view of the project's advancement and key construction achievements.

Last Thursday evening, we had the pleasure of bringing together our valued clients and retailers for a wonderful evening at the Crystal Club.

With spectacular views across the Perth skyline and an incredible sunset as the backdrop, it was the perfect setting to relax, connect and celebrate after a few busy days at the Forum.

A special thank you to our Director - Sales and Leasing, Paul Davison, who has been an integral part of the Vend Property team for 14 years, and our Head of Finance, Dana Wang, who has been with us for 12 years. Their commitment, knowledge and contribution over so many years has helped shape our team into what it is today.

We'd also like to extend our sincere thanks to the team at the Crystal Club for their amazing service and for helping make the evening such a success.

Most importantly, thank you to all of our clients and retailers who joined us. We genuinely appreciate your continued support and the relationships we have built together. 🥂

Yesterday, Vend was proud to host the Large Format Retail Association (LFRA) 2026 WA Study Tour, with captain Jeff Klopper as coach host!

The tour provided members with valuable insight into Perth's evolving large format retail landscape, with visits to major development sites, established LFR centres, and individual store formats.

🚧 Progress continues at Gap Ridge Local, with the transformation of the site becoming more visible every day!

This month, detailed excavation works have been progressing at pace, alongside concrete pours across multiple tenancy spaces as the project moves steadily forward.

Flying Fox Media has been on site capturing the journey, providing a unique aerial and ground-level perspective of the works completed to date.
