Four Elements Realty & Co

Recognized for our client-first approach and Realtor collaborative strategies, we are proud to be co As the company evolved, a new direction was clear.

The Beginning: Emily Goodrich founded a boutique real estate company in 2014, which was known as duoRealty Group. What started as a dream come true soon took on a life of its own. As the company grew so did the relationships and connections with each client. It became clear that these connections were the collective priority of everyone in the company. With that, an incredible community was built and lifelong relationships established. With a leap of faith, the company was relaunched in January 2021; Four Elements Realty & Co was introduced. The Inspiration: The company’s name comes from the inspiration from the four elements Fire, Earth, Air and Water — all of which are required in nature for creation and the sustainability of anything new. The aim for the company’s direction is to capture and honor the essence of these four elements. Fire’s passion and refinement ability. Earth’s grounding stability and the structure it provides. Air’s magical ability to be unseen yet felt. Water’s reliability to renew, redirect and replenish. In addition, each of these elements represents a direction. When brought together, they form a compass, providing direction and guidance; which felt like the perfect embodiment of where the company was as a whole and as a group of women. The Future: The company’s mission is to help you find the perfect home and create the life you want to live in it. This will continue to be the compass directing everyone within the company, while their priority remains the connections made with clients and the community they are a proud to be a part of.

🍂🎃 IT’S FALL FEST TIME! YOU’RE INVITED! 🎃🍂
One of our absolute favorite events of the year is almost here, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

At Four Elements Realty & Co., we believe real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about the people we meet, the relationships we build, the families we get to know, and the communities we’re fortunate enough to be a part of. ❤️

Our annual Fall Fest is one of the ways we get to celebrate all of that!
Every year, we look forward to gathering with our clients, their families, and our friends for a morning filled with laughter, pumpkins, and a little fall magic. It’s a chance to step away from the busy schedules, reconnect with familiar faces, watch the kids have fun, and enjoy everything we love about this beautiful season in the Pacific Northwest.
But more than anything, Fall Fest is our way of saying THANK YOU.

Thank you for trusting us with one of life’s biggest decisions. Thank you for referring your friends and family, supporting our small business, and allowing us to continue doing what we love. Whether we helped you find your first home, sell a home full of memories, navigate an investment, or simply had the opportunity to connect along the way, you are part of the Four Elements community, and we are so grateful for you.
We never want our relationships to end at the closing table. We want to continue showing up, celebrating milestones, creating traditions, and making memories together year after year.

And that’s exactly what this event is all about. 🧡
