Active Real Estate agent and community video blogger, living in the downtown west area. Working at one of Toronto's most avantgarde Brokerages Bosley R/E

My role isn't only negotiating the best price for any clients, it's about understanding each person's unique needs. Being readily available to my clients and communicating effectively weather it's buying or selling homes. What I love about this business is not only the feeling of helping people but genuinely getting to know them while being open honest and transparent throughout the process. I learnt early on how important it is to have a good support system in this business, I've surrounded myself with a network of trusted professionals to ensure that no matter what question or situation may arise I'll always have the best solution for my clients. I've been assisting buyers and sellers since 2006 and would love to earn your business, If your thinking of selling or buying give me a call I would love to work with you on your next transaction.

The challenge is that the market is no longer responding to seller expectations alone. Pricing today is being set by buyer confidence and affordability. With a large selection of similar homes available, buyers are simply moving on when a property feels overpriced relative to competing listings.
