Construction is now underway on a new 100-place Early Learning Centre at Yallarah, Wel.Co’s masterplanned community in Echuca.

Set to open in mid-2027, the centre will provide valuable additional early learning capacity as Yallarah and the broader Echuca community continue to grow.

Founder and Managing Director of Wel.Co, Andrew Welsh, said delivering community infrastructure alongside new housing is central to the vision for Yallarah.

“Yallarah is being designed as more than a place to build a home. Our focus is on creating a connected community that supports residents through different stages of life and provides families with access to the amenities they need close to home.”

We are proud to celebrate the official opening of Gumbilang Lar Reserve at Harlowe alongside residents, purchasers and the local community.

Meaning “resting place” in the Dja Dja Wurrung language, the reserve has been thoughtfully designed as a place for connection, recreation and community, with Djaara culture, art and storytelling embedded throughout the space.

The opening was a wonderful opportunity to bring the Harlowe community together and celebrate the stories, culture and collaboration that have helped shape this special place. Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark this special occasion.

A great day out with the Wel.Co team!

Our latest Social Club event saw the team head to the Mornington Peninsula for a fun day of gin making at Bass & Flinders Distillery, followed by a long lunch at Epicurean Red Hill.

It was a great chance to catch up outside the office, enjoy some laughs, and spend time together. We love creating opportunities like this to bring our team together and celebrate the people behind Wel.Co.

We are pleased to share that Stages 1-4 at Gracewood are now titled, marking the delivery of the first 70 homesites within the growing Mallala community.

This is a significant milestone for Gracewood and an exciting step forward for future residents, with purchasers now progressing towards settlement and preparing to build their new homes.

Planned to deliver more than 500 homesites, Gracewood will continue to support the long-term growth of Mallala through thoughtfully planned residential living and future community development.

A sincere thank you to the consultants, contractors, project teams and partners who have contributed to reaching this important milestone. We look forward to seeing homes take shape and the Gracewood community continue to grow in the years ahead.

A major milestone for Yallarah.

We’re pleased to share that construction is now complete and Statement of Compliance has been achieved for Stage 3 at Yallarah, marking another significant step forward for the growing community.

Comprising 38 homesites, Stage 3 is now one step closer to title registration, with future residents nearing the exciting milestone of commencing their home build journey.

As Yallarah continues to grow into a 2,000+ lot masterplanned community for the Echuca region, this achievement reflects the strong progress being made across the project and the momentum continuing across the estate.

Construction continues to progress across Stages 5–7 at Springwood, with major civil works advancing throughout the community.

From completed earthworks and road preparation to ongoing sewer and stormwater infrastructure, it’s great to see momentum continuing on site as Springwood continues to take shape in Gawler East.
