They were moving nearly 700 miles, and they weren’t simply looking for a house.

They needed a home that could work around very specific accessibility needs.

At first, Carly helped them search the resale market.

When they found a possibility, she coordinated the home inspection, brought in a contractor to evaluate accessibility, arranged the additional inspections, and helped them understand whether the property could realistically work.

It couldn’t.

So Carly helped them change the plan.

She introduced new-construction options, found a community that fit what they were looking for, and worked with the builder to explore changes to a single-level floor plan that would better support the way they needed to live.

Woodstock, you really showed up this weekend! 💙

Three days of live music, local food, familiar faces, and nearly 4,000 bags of popcorn handed out at the Path & Post tent. What a weekend at Cadence Fair!

As presenting sponsor, we couldn't have been happier to be part of a celebration that brings so much of what we love about Woodstock together. From Pony Bradshaw's Saturday night performance to the local vendors, family activities, and everyone enjoying the beautiful fall weather, this year's fair was one to remember.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent to say hello, grab some popcorn, or enter our Yeti cooler giveaway. We loved catching up with familiar faces and meeting so many new neighbors.

We're especially proud of our Path & Post team. More than 20 of our people volunteered throughout the weekend, and we want to give a special thanks to Christina van Koppen for leading the effort and making it all happen. Thanks also to Hartmanlaw and everyone who helped make our booth a fun stop for families.

And a big congratulations to Reformation Brewery on 13 years! Path & Post started that same year, making this celebration a little more meaningful for us.
