After 72 years and two generations serving this community, Bill and I are preparing to bring a very meaningful era to a close. Within the coming year, we will be gradually phasing out our real estate business as we are now planning to retire soon. This change will hopefully allow for some spontaneous travel and plenty of memory making with our daughters and grandbabies! ✈️
Our plan is to take a brief hiatus over the holidays to spend time with our family and simply take a break from the busyness of life. With that being said, we are still here as a source for your real estate questions and will connect you with a real estate professional should you decide to make a move while we are on this short break. We have built some truly exceptional relationships with other agents that are excited to step in and take care of our loyal client base when the time comes.
Success looks different for everyone. For us, we know the lasting impression was never about the business itself but rather it was about the people. The trust, conversations and countless relationships that became part of our family's story. The best example of this is shown in this picture of Bill’s very first buyer clients, Tom and Karen Thibault. They’ve been repeat clients eight times over and have referred countless others our way. But even more meaningful is the close friendship they built with Bill over the past 48 years!
We also wanted to take this opportunity to mention all the people who have fueled our business since 1954. Thank you to the many co-op agents, title officers, appraisers, home inspectors, stagers, lenders, contractors, etc. who we’ve had the privilege of working with. And to our support staff and previous team members…We wish each and every person that has been a part of this amazing team all the best in their future endeavors!
72 years is quite a story, and we are so grateful to everyone who has been a part of ours. Here’s to family, new adventures, and turning the page to this next chapter! ♥️
