At our 2026 Leadership Conference, we were reminded that the people we surround ourselves with play a significant role in our growth, influence, and success as leaders. Dr. Debbie Phillips challenged our team members to be intentional about the relationships they build and the impact they have on those they lead across our communities. We are grateful for her insight, wisdom, and guidance, and for the opportunity to bring these lessons back to our teams.📔👏

We had a wonderful weekend in Richmond, Virginia, staying at Quirk Hotel Richmond and enjoying team-building activities with FireFly Team Events, meaningful discussions with Dr. Debbie Phillips, and quality time connecting with our fellow Signature Management team members! 😊

We are thankful for the meaningful discussions and valuable insights to help us close out the year strong and step into the new year with even greater purpose and momentum! 🚀🔥

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001, and the lives that were forever changed.

On this 25th anniversary, we honor those we lost, the first responders who demonstrated extraordinary courage, and the families and communities who continue to carry their memories forward.

As a company built around people and communities, we are reminded of the strength that comes from standing together, supporting one another, and never forgetting.

25 years later. We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Led by Chelsie, Property Manager at Signature Place, our Leasing Roundtable focused on sharing best practices and exploring new ways to show up with confidence, intention, and care for our prospects and residents every day.

Led by Yahaira, Housekeeper at The Pearl at Marina Shores, our Housekeeping Roundtable focused on the Power of Presentation - and the little details that make a big difference. Because when it looks good, feels good, and smells good, it creates an experience people notice.

Please join us in congratulating Sullivan from The Pearl at Marina Shores as our Team Player of the Month! 🩵

Sullivan has quickly become an integral part of The Pearl team, bringing a calm, dependable presence to work each day. He is someone the team knows they can count on- always staying on top of his turns, stepping in wherever help is needed, and going the extra mile to take care of their residents. His efforts certainly don't go unnoticed, as residents regularly share compliments about his kindness and willingness to help. 😊

Described by his team as their “gentle giant,” Sullivan is often the first to offer a helping hand and the last to leave when there is still work to be done. He has become Lloyd’s right-hand man, is always there to answer Yaya’s calls (or reach anything on the top shelf!), and has quickly become one of the office’s favorite people to stop and chat with.

What stands out most about Sullivan is that being a team player simply seems to come naturally to him. He quietly looks for opportunities to help, supports those around him, and has fit so seamlessly into The Pearl that his team says it feels like he has always been there.
