Centria Healthcare is officially open! We’re excited to announce the completion of an approximately 11,638 sqft redevelopment for Centria Healthcare at 8320 W Mariners Way.

Located in the Arrowhead Entertainment District in Peoria, AZ, the new space will provide Centria Healthcare with a dedicated location for its ABA therapy services.

It’s always rewarding to see a project move from redevelopment to a completed, active space within the community. We’re proud to have been part of bringing this project to life!

Smiling Moose Sandwich Grill has officially opened its doors in Scottsdale, and we couldn’t have imagined a better opening. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us, celebrate with us, and be part of such an exciting weekend!

This opening has been a couple of years in the making, and it’s incredibly rewarding to finally see Smiling Moose here in Arizona. We’re excited for everything that’s ahead and, most importantly, excited to welcome the community through our doors.

A very special thank you to our amazing team, Troy Payne, James Harden, Nico Fricchione, Brian Padilla, KB, and Alex Apodaca. Bringing a new concept to Arizona takes a lot of hard work, collaboration, and patience, and we’re so grateful to everyone who helped make this possible.
