⚡️News flash for sellers: say yes to the showing request. Every time you can. 👍🏻

When I'm out with a buyer, we're usually seeing four or five homes in one day, and a lot of the time they write an offer that same day. If yours is the one we can't get into, we move on to the ones we could see.

I get it. Family's in town, the dogs have to go in the kennel, you work from home on weekends. But if we can't see your house, we can't write an offer on it.

There's a lot of doom and gloom about the housing market right now. But you can't scare me.

I used to teach junior high boys to sing while their voices were cracking. Right after PE. In the height of the bottle flipping era.

No interest rate, seller, or inspection is scarier than that.

2️⃣ What's your plan for MY situation?
3️⃣ What happens if things go sideways?

If they can't answer clearly, keep looking.
