I grew up outside Chicago, IL and have lived in Southwest Missouri for the last 12 years. I graduated from Missouri State University (aka SMSU).

As the Area Recruiting Director with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, I staffed a site which sold $100+ million dollars annually. In 2009, I founded the Killuminati Foundation – a 501c3 non-profit providing vet assistance to families/dogs in need. Many think of me as Killuminati's "dog lady” – now you'll know me as “the house lady!”

On a personal note, I grew up outside Chicago and have lived in the Springfield area since 1999. My first "real job" was the Area Recruiting Director with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, where I staffed a site selling $100+ million annually. In 2008, I founded the Killuminati Foundation – a 501c3 non-profit providing vet help to families/dogs throughout Missouri. Now the important stuff haha….my 2 amazing pups - Sicily is my Pitbull mix who has no sense of personal space. :) JaydaBug (pictured with me above) is my Shepherd/Sharpei who charms everyone. I'm also die hard Chicago Bears fan!! (My first dog, Payton who passed away from Cancer was named for Walter Payton. I also lost a german shepherd named Halas in 2018.) I look forward to getting to know your family. ✋️ This victorian dollhouse is STUNNING and next to where I grew up. It's incredible preservation of original features such as the handcarved florets, trim and woodwork, the original hardware and doorbell, and the historic painted ceiling and tile work is absolutely incredible! I wish homes nowadays had this attention to detail and charm. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

🏡 Had a blast yesterday presenting to ACE Networking group! I always say "Not all contracts are created equal." So I really wanted to figure out a way to convey that, as well as the value in what we do as REALTORS bc I don't think most people truly understand what a good REALTOR does. (Bc it's my job to fix things and get you to the closing table - not to stress you out with every little thing.) 👏

So I did a "choose your own adventure" style presentation with 4 different offer scenarios that the group picked which they would entertain and how that looked throughout the process.
