Three years ago, these homeowners met Laura Marotta at an open house and saved her number in their phones, knowing that when the time was right, she would be their first call. 🏡

🍂 October was FUN one for the Pohlman Team! 🍂

We spent the month in rooms that sharpened our skills and we traded the training rooms for sunshine at Derthicks Corn Maze & Farm, where the kids ran, played, and got lost in the corn (on purpose!) while we soaked up some Fall fun together. 🌽☀️

A couple of our agents hit the road again too! Amanda represented at the Ohio REALTORS Leadership Conference and Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors Annual Meeting with Ashley Hebebrand & Welcome back home from Rome 🇮🇹Laura Marotta!
✈️ Second trip in 2 months🤍

Two agents joined our Team Morgan Fogle & Lynn Pappalardo.

And all this with 👀growing sales? 📈 Together our team put 20 new homes under contract in October, pending over $9 million in sales for us collectively 💪

That’s almost 200% more than we put under contract year over year from last October! 🏡
