Top producing Agent at Keller Williams Living. Let me and my experience guide you through your real estate transactions.

I am full-time REALTOR and a multi-million dollar producer serving Northeastern Ohio. I do buyer & seller representation and have consistent listings. Real Estate is a very demanding job and requires dedication and perseverance to bring the transaction to a close. I enjoy being in contact with all areas of the business: title companies, banks/mortgage companies, loan officers, and home inspectors. I am a real "go-getter", so no matter the problem I do my best to get it solved. I love being able to help people when others would say "No", so no matter your situation (credit issues, down payment problems, etc.) I can help you get the home of your dreams. I'm just a phone call, text, or email away!

Being a Realtor is more than a job — it’s a lifestyle! 🏡✨❤️

It’s about building relationships, creating opportunities, finding dream homes, and helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. From property tours to closing deals, every day is a new adventure! 🔑🏠

Real estate isn’t just what I do; it’s a passion I live every day! 💼✨

Are you ready to find your dream home? Let’s make it happen! 🏡👇

When people tell you, “Stop posting funny content! Nobody is going to buy a house from a comedian!” 😂🏡

Me: Oh really? Since when did laughter become a mortgage requirement? 😭🤣

Listen, buying a house is stressful enough! If I can make you laugh, show you beautiful homes, share helpful real estate tips, AND help you find your dream home… honey, that’s called MULTITASKING! 😂👏

Let’s be honest, nobody wants a realtor who sounds like a walking instruction manual! 😴📚

You want someone who knows the market, answers your questions, shows you amazing properties, and makes the whole process a little less stressful. 🏡❤️

My content might be a little crazy, but when it comes to real estate, I mean business! 😎🔑

I can make you laugh on your timeline and help you find your dream home at the same time! 😂🏠

So, whether you’re seriously house-hunting or just scrolling through beautiful homes and mentally deciding where your sofa will go (don’t worry, your secret is safe with me! 🤣🛋️), you’re in the right place!

📲 Ready to find your dream home in Ohio? Send me a message! Let’s turn those saved house pictures into a real set of keys! 🔑🏡

🚀 Is your current brokerage invested in your future, or just your next closing?
We have officially opened our new office in Brook Park, and we are looking for growth-minded agents to join us at Keller Williams Living. Led by our Managing Broker, Feliz Colón, we are opening the doors for 2-3 professionals who are ready to move from "agent" to "business owner."

Success in this industry isn't about luck; it’s about having the right models and systems. When you join the team at KW Living, you gain immediate access to the world-class resources that power the industry’s top producers: Here is a quick look at what KW can offer you:

The MREA Blueprint: Stop guessing. Follow the "Millionaire Real Estate Agent" models to scale your production predictably.

KW Command: A smart, agent-centric CRM designed to automate your marketing and lead follow-up so you can get back to the "Ground Game."

True Wealth Generation: Build a legacy through KW Profit Share—a unique opportunity to create passive income that grows with the company.

Local Leadership: Direct support and compliance guidance from Feliz and our local leadership team.

We aren’t just looking for headcount; we’re looking for partners who want to build a career worth having. DM me or Feliz for a private strategy session and a tour of our new facility.
