🎉 PENDING IN JUST ONE WEEK! 🎉

This beautiful Sequim home is officially Pending after just 8 days on the market—with multiple showings and multiple offers! 🏡✨

Success like this doesn't happen by accident.

One of the biggest factors in today's market is pricing your home correctly from day one. While it's tempting to "test the market," buyers are more educated than ever. A strategic price, backed by current market data—not guesswork—creates excitement, increases showings, and can lead to multiple offers.

My job isn't to tell sellers what they want to hear—it's to provide honest, evidence-based advice using comparable sales, current market trends, buyer activity, and local knowledge. That strategy helped this seller achieve a fantastic result in their very first week.

Thinking about selling? Let's talk about what your home is truly worth in today's market and create a pricing strategy designed to get you the best possible outcome.
