Progress continues at Lee Lofts III! The team has completed all above-ceiling inspections on the first floor and continues moving forward with interior finishes throughout the building.

Look at those beautiful Salina Kansas based and built cabinets from Crestwood Cabinets!

Steel work in the elevator shaft is complete, rooftop HVAC equipment installation is underway, and mini-split units have been installed in the stair lobbies. Electrical work is also progressing across multiple floors as crews continue wiring and panel terminations.

Looking ahead, elevator installation is underway, first-floor painting and finishing work will continue, and crews are advancing countertop installation, plumbing work, and rooftop equipment installation. Work is also progressing on the east parking lot expansion, including demolition, grading, and preparation for the new pavement.

We’re excited to see continued progress both inside and outside the building as Lee Lofts III moves closer to completion!

Another Overland Property Group community getting in on our country music action!

Did you notice Clifton Riverside make a cameo in the music video for one of the hottest country music songs ever?!?

Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas" was filmed right next door at the historic Stagecoach Ballroom, with Clifton Riverside serving as the backdrop in several scenes-including Ella and Yellowstone star Luke Grimes sitting outside talking in a truck.

The video also features country music star Miranda Lambert, Wade Brown and several rodeo stars.

Not every day an Overland Property Group (OPG) community ends up in a country music video. Maybe Ella Langley wants to come back and have a parking lot party at Clifton Riverside like OPG did recently at Lee Buildings in Salina Kansas with Logan Mize. We can always dream!

Anyway, proud of this great neighborhood of Fort Worth getting a little time on the big screen!

Lee Lofts III continues to make strong progress, with the project now three quarters complete and on schedule. New brick infills and glazing are nearing completion, while brick restoration continues throughout the courtyard. Interior finishes are advancing across all five floors, with sheetrock underway on the first floor, cabinetry and trim installed on the second, final painting and mechanical installations progressing on the third and fourth, and countertops, backsplashes, bathroom fixtures, and final paint completed on the fifth floor. The elevator hoist beam has also been installed and the pit filled, marking another major milestone as the project moves toward completion.

Construction continues to make steady progress throughout the building as multiple trades work simultaneously on interior finishes and building systems. Over the past several weeks, crews have completed window installation, drywall finishing on the fourth floor, wall texture and painting, trim and door installation on the fifth floor, and cabinet installation is well underway. Drywall installation and finishing continue on the lower floors, while plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression systems continue advancing throughout the building. Permanent power preparations are progressing, and rooftop HVAC equipment, furnace units, and associated mechanical systems have all moved forward significantly.

On the exterior, masonry restoration and tuckpointing continue to preserve the building's historic character while structural improvements move ahead inside. In the coming weeks, crews will continue painting, cabinetry, drywall finishing, wall texturing, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, structural infill work at the elevator pit, and the transition toward permanent power and temporary air conditioning as the project steadily advances toward its next major milestones.
