We’re pleased to announce the successful expansion of Terracon Engineering’s footprint in Northwest Arkansas with the recently signed lease at 1695 Electric Ave, Springdale. This long-term deal is a clear indication of their teams commitment to growth in the Northwest Arkansas region. We’re pleased to see this outcome for both the Landlord and Terracon teams.

Palmer originally assisted Terracon in re-establishing a Northwest Arkansas presence back in 2023 and their teams growth within the market has been exponential in the last several years.
