Another exciting step toward making this house a HOME! 🏠💛

Last week, our crew was working on getting the electric meter base hooked up on this beautiful Country Manor 32764M!

What exactly is a meter base?

The electric meter base is where the power company’s electric meter is installed. It serves as the connection point between the utility company’s electrical service and the home’s electrical system.

Once everything is properly connected, inspected, and approved, the power company can install or activate the meter and turn on permanent electricity! 💡

It’s one of those important steps that might not seem very exciting, but it brings our homeowners one step closer to moving into their dream home! 🔑
