August Recap! Here's what's been happening lately at Atlas Stark:

We've made progress at The Goddard School North Hills and at UNC Health at 3803B Computer Dr. We have one remaining suite available on the 1st floor, which will complete this newly renovated medical office building.

3601 New Bern Avenue is finishing up with a newly renovated exterior, complete with new windows, doors, and fresh paint. This standalone restaurant is available for lease.

301 W Cabarrus inches closer to a full renovation - parking is available now for Red Hat concerts and walkability to downtown Raleigh.

Jai has joined the Atlas Stark team as a Summer intern. Currently, he attends Duke University and plans to major in Economics and Political Science. Outside of work, he enjoys watching Duke basketball, cooking, and traveling with his family.
