DeLaw Acquisitions is looking for a skilled, dependable individual to join our growing team!
We own and manage a large portfolio of rental properties and are constantly working on renovation and flip projects throughout South Philadelphia and Delaware County, PA.
We’re looking for someone who is experienced in the trades, takes pride in their work, and can help us manage projects and maintain our properties.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong carpentry skills and a solid understanding of all aspects of residential construction
✅ Experience with renovations, remodeling, and general property maintenance
✅ Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently
✅ Assist with project management, coordinating work, and keeping jobs on schedule
✅ Help oversee contractors and ensure work is completed properly
✅ Assist with maintenance and repairs throughout our rental portfolio
✅ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
✅ Reliable transportation is a MUST
