Going vertical!! Framing underway at Fairman I 🚧

08/19/2026

The concrete slabs are poured and wood framing is underway at FAIRMAN I.

Rising above the two story podium of steel and concrete , floors three through seven will be wood framed, that work is officially underway. Lumber is staged on the top deck and the first walls are already up.

From here , framing continues. The building will rise rapidly and begin taking on its true shape.
Every phase leads into the next. This is the work. Lean into your vision.

Good morning from at the FISHTOWN FLATIRON ☕️

01/01/2024

Congrats to !!

Looks like the 1st day of the year is also the 1st day of Vessel in action! What better way to start 2024 than a hot coffee and a delicious amandine tart from our friends at the FISHTOWN FLATIRON. Not to mention...danishes, beignets, scones, brownies, muffins, croissants, and even treats for your pup. Come by and support a new small business…but massive in spirit!

2023 was a big year for the FISHTOWN FLATIRON…completed construction, reached full residential occupancy, and truly became a community staple along the Fishtown Roundabout.

Excited for what’s to come in 2024! 🥂
