For this month's JFRE member spotlight, Jennifer Rosenberg, who works as a development consultant, shares what inspired her to get involved and why it's so important for women to support each other in real estate.

"One of the most meaningful aspects of my involvement with JFRE has been the opportunity to connect with other women in the real estate industry. The women's luncheon events, in particular, have provided a welcoming environment to foster connections and mentorship opportunities. It has been incredibly valuable to be part of a network of women who support one another professionally and personally, making the industry feel more collaborative and accessible."

With support from the JFRE Fund, The Chabad House at Penn - Perelman Center for Jewish Life at the University of Pennsylvania continues to be a vital hub for Jewish life, learning and gathering on campus. Every Friday, around 250 students gather for everything from mentoring to Shabbat dinners. Hear from students and staff about how JFRE has helped create a safe space on campus.

The connections we make are often what keep us coming back. For this month's member spotlight, JFRE Events Committee member Paige Jaffe reflects on how she finds inspiration in a community of professionals who share a commitment to philanthropy and paying it forward for the Jewish community.

"The relationships I've built through JFRE have been the most meaningful part of my involvement," said Paige. "Connecting with professionals who share a commitment to giving back and strengthening our community has been incredibly rewarding. Now more than ever, it's important that we continue showing up for one another. Organizations like the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia play a critical role in that."

Did you know that over 1,500 low- and moderate-income seniors received affordable and dignified living accommodations from Federation Housing last year? Federation Housing is supported by a JFRE Fund grant to create a secure environment for seniors. The organization is currently developing a new senior residence to expand its impact.
