When selling a luxury condominium, your agent should know the floor plans, views, parking, building financials—and how your residence compares with competing properties nearby. That knowledge shapes pricing, strengthens marketing, and supports negotiations.

One of my favorite days in the Square—with my favorite sidekick, of course.

Such a fun afternoon at Dog Days of Summer, hosted by Dietz & Watson and the Friends of Rittenhouse Square, all while supporting the wonderful work of Street Tails Animal Rescue. 🐶

It’s events like this that make me love Rittenhouse even more—the dogs, the neighbors, the community, and coming together for a great cause.

And naturally… we couldn’t pass up a $1 smooch. 💋🐾
