We are proud to serve local and military families with energy-efficient designs, lasting value, and a commitment to doing what is right. For more than 40 years, Henry Company Homes has built affordable, high-quality new homes for families across Northwest Florida. Founded in 1983 by Edwin and Susan Henry, we are a locally owned and operated builder with deep roots in the same communities where our homes stand today. From our first neighborhood in Pace to the 100-plus communities we have developed across Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties, our mission has always been simple: build the best home for the money. Our homes are thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient, and built to last. We are proud to serve generations of homebuyers, including military families, first-time buyers, growing families, and retirees who want comfort and peace of mind. Every home we build is backed by local craftsmanship, transparent service, and a commitment to doing what is right for our customers. When you choose Henry Company Homes, you are choosing a team that lives here, works here, and cares about helping you find the right home. "This process was all brand new to me, and everyone at Henry Homes made it easy from the very beginning. Even with all my first-time homeowner questions, they were right there for me."

That's what a first-time buyer had to say about working with Shawn, Josh, and the rest of our team.

Diana, thank you for trusting us with your first home, we're so glad you're loving it.
