Our electrical panel box was damaged in the storm and needs to be repaired.
Also a down tree is on the main power line.

Santa Rosa County is arranging storm debris pickup beginning Wednesday, October 14.

🌳 Here’s how you can help:

Please place your debris near the road in front of your home and keep your piles separated:

🌿 Yard debris – Trees, limbs, and branches

🪵 Fence debris – Damaged fencing and materials

🗑️ Regular household trash – Keep separate from storm debris

Keeping everything separated will help crews with the cleanup process.

We know it’s been a long few days, Santa Rosa. Thank you for your patience as we work together to get our county cleaned up!

We are working as fast as we can to get all of the submitted work order out to appropriate vendors.
We are working with limited resources as our office is without power and phones are still down.
Please use your online tenant portal. Submit damage photos with each work order if you can.
Our vendors are working on prioritizing the homes with the most damage.
