Not everyone is great to work with…this client though, phenomenal 🙌

He was realistic about what he wanted, let me guide him through the home buying process, had all of his finances in order, and has a great head on his shoulders during unknown circumstances. Because, let’s be honest, it can be a chaotic experience at times.

We went through inspections today and are in the final stages of him owning his new home!
