Closed!!! 🏠This transaction was such a great experience. The listing agent and sellers were wonderful to work with. This is the 4th house for this investor he has trusted me to help him secure for his portfolio.
I also had the pleasure of getting to meet his family who now are partnered up with him.
This home is the cutest and will make a great rental.

So everything doesn't always go as planned! I want to brag on my co agent, Laurell Lindholm, a bit.
