Reno’s commercial real estate market is heading into Q4 with industrial space filling up and retail options staying tight. 🏔️

• Industrial vacancy fell to 9.3%, with 701,000 SF absorbed in Q3.
• Office vacancy held steady at 9.5%.
• Retail asking rents rose 8.9% year over year.
