We are excited to announce that 228 W Main St, Decatur, IL 62523 has officially been added to the BACH Investment Group portfolio — and the story behind this deal is one you need to hear.

This isn't your typical acquisition. This mixed-use property brings together commercial real estate AND residential apartments under one roof, giving our members exposure to two powerful income streams in a single investment.

That's the BACH difference. 💼

👉 Read the full story at the link below and see why this is one of our most exciting additions yet.

Are you a property owner feeling the daily burden? Reach out — there may be a smarter path forward for you too.

Clean books don't happen by accident. Right now, BACH manages 62 individual bank accounts across our portfolio — and every single one gets reconciled, reviewed, and closed out every month, no exceptions.

It's not the most exciting part of what we do, but it's the reason we're never scrambling to track down a missing charge from six months ago. Disciplined monthly accounting is what makes everything else — accurate distributions, clean tax filings, investor trust — possible.
