A LUXURY WELLNESS RETREAT BETWEEN ALDIE AND MIDDLEBURG?

Big changes could be coming to the 47-acre Briar Patch Bed & Breakfast property along Route 50!

The restaurant group behind Mi Vida and Succotash is proposing Sagrada Mia Sanctuary, an overnight wellness retreat featuring private cabins, yoga, meditation, sound baths and spa experiences.

And here's the intriguing twist: the developers are even considering psychedelic-assisted experiences someday, but only if they become legal in Virginia.

The project is still in the early planning stages, with a possible 2028 opening.

ALDIE & SOUTH RIDING, THIS IS BIG! 👀

Shake Shack, Firebirds, Cooper's Hawk and Tifa Chocolate & Gelato are among the MAJOR tenants just announced for Shops at Arcola, near Target on Loudoun County Parkway!

And that's not all. An organic grocery store is also planned, although the name hasn't been confirmed. 👀

No official construction start date yet, but this development is getting interesting!

Costco shoppers, we need to talk!

An Arlington Costco just landed at #6 on a list of the WORST Costcos in America. But here's what caught my attention…

STERLING and CHANTILLY made Virginia's worst-rated list, too! 😳

Based on an analysis of Google reviews, Sterling ranked 4th worst in Virginia, while Chantilly came in at #6.

Now, Aldie and South Riding, I have to ask: Which Costco do you prefer — Sterling or Chantilly? And do you think either deserves its ranking? Let's talk about it! 👇

Would you make the trek to Kingstowne for pizza? (I might, especially GOOD pizza!)

Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk is eyeing Kingstowne Center in Fairfax County for its first Washington-area location. The restaurant specializes in Neapolitan-style pizza, and negotiations for the space are reportedly underway.

No opening date has been announced, but this is one to watch!

SIX YEARS IN THE MAKING. HISTORY MADE IN ALDIE!

The Lightridge Lightning defeated cross-town rival John Champe 20–3 Friday night, claiming their first-ever Battle of Braddock victory!

For head coach Bobby Eavenson and a football program built from the ground up, this was a moment years in the making.

And this incredible photo captures what that victory meant to the team.
