🏡 Congratulations to Tyler and Kiley on selling their beautiful home!

A little over a year ago, I had the pleasure of helping Tyler and Kiley purchase this incredible property on .72 acres in a phenomenal location, surrounded by mature trees and a fenced-in backyard.
They planned to enjoy this home for many years, and they truly made it their own.

Since purchasing it, they transformed the space with beautiful updates throughout, including a complete kitchen remodel, a stunning primary bathroom remodel, new flooring, new light fixtures, landscaping, and so much more.

But sometimes life presents an opportunity you simply can’t pass up. An unexpected opportunity came their way, and they made the exciting decision to move back home and begin a new chapter.

While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to a home they poured so much love into, I’m excited for the next owners, who will get to enjoy everything this property has to offer, exceptional quality, beautiful modern updates, privacy, and an amazing location.

Tyler and Kiley, you have both been an absolute joy to work with. I’m incredibly grateful to have been a small part of your journey, and I truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in me along the way.

Wishing you both nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter. Congratulations on your new venture! ❤️

🏡 Congratulations to the Suell family on their beautiful new home in Sun Prairie!

With a growing family, they needed more space, but they also wanted something that truly felt like home. Bright and airy, solid and well-built, in a great location close to everything, and most importantly, in a neighborhood where they could build a life and make memories together.

And then we found this one. 😊

Ron and Ajia, you are such a beautiful family, and I couldn't be happier knowing you're going to fill this home with so many special moments and memories for years to come. I hope this home treats you well and becomes everything you hoped it would be.

Thank you both for trusting me to help you through the process and get you to the finish line. I truly appreciate you guys and feel so grateful I got to be a small part of this chapter in your lives.

Congratulations, Suell family! Here's to many wonderful years in your new home! 🥂🏡

🏡 Congratulations to Peter and Nancy on the sale of their condo!

We first met over a year ago and put together a game plan for selling their beautiful home when the time was right. This condo served them wonderfully, but eventually, the time came to close this chapter and begin an exciting new adventure.

"We recently successfully sold our home with Redfin, and truly couldn't recommend working with Andy more. He is everything you could ask for in a realtor- knowledgeable and eager to teach/help, present and reachable, kind and considerate, and a great human who you feel genuinely cared for by. His team is great too and kept us informed of all on goings with selling. Andy will make you feel at ease, and he will get the job done; the Madison area and beyond is lucky to have him- I know we were!"

Thank you so much, Emily & Jake, for your incredibly kind words and for trusting me to be part of your journey. I’m beyond grateful for you both! ❤️🏡

🏡 Congratulations to Emily and Jake on selling their home! ❤️

We first started looking at homes together back in May of 2023, but none of them ever felt quite right. Sometimes life has a way of leading us down a path we never expected, and this year they made the incredible decision to follow their hearts instead.

They purchased a custom trailer that's been beautifully converted into a home, sold their house, and are now setting off to travel the country with no deadlines, no schedule, and no limits—just the freedom to explore and make memories together.

I couldn't be happier for them. It takes an incredible amount of courage to step away from the conventional path and chase a dream that's uniquely your own. Emily and Jake are two of the kindest, most genuine, and humble people I've ever had the privilege of working with, and I'm so grateful they trusted me to be part of this chapter in their lives.

Emily and Jake, thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting your trust in me. It has truly been an honor to help you through this transition. Wishing you endless sunsets, unforgettable adventures, and a lifetime of memories together. Safe travels, you've earned every moment of this incredible journey. ❤️
