Not one Maui condo has been rezoned to hotel use yet. 🏝️
Since July, the County has sent 80 buildings to the Planning Commission for H-3/H-4 hotel zoning. So far, the Commission has said yes to five.
Bill 88 built the door. But that doesn’t mean squat if you can’t get through it.
