We’re putting the finishing touches on this old Smith Lake cabin, and it’s turning out just beautiful!

The owner wanted to keep some of the original character and charm, and we think it’s coming together just right. There’s just something special about keeping a little of the old while giving it new life!

As we prepare for Hurricane Isaias, we’re praying for minimal damage across our area and, most importantly, for everyone’s safety.

If your home or property suffers storm damage and you need help with repairs, our crews will be available to assist.

A friendly reminder: Unfortunately, storms can bring out dishonest contractors looking to take advantage of homeowners. Before hiring anyone, ask for proper identification, verify their license number, and request proof of insurance. Protect your home and make sure you know who you’re trusting to do the work.

Our thoughts and prayers are with our neighbors along the Gulf Coast as they weather the storm in the coming days. Stay safe, look out for one another, and don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help! ❤️🙏

Sipsey Overlook is coming together beautifully. 🌿🏡

Set against the natural beauty of Smith Lake, this custom home is moving into its next phase with electrical complete and the details beginning to take shape.

And this porch? It’s going to be one special spot for entertaining, relaxing, and soaking in those Smith Lake views. 🌊✨

Basement digging today!🏡⛏️

We’ve hit a little rock and sandstone along the way—which isn’t surprising for this lot and its location. Around here, you never quite know what’s hiding under the dirt!

Nothing a little jackhammering can’t handle.

Take a look at some of the rock we’ve pulled out so far!
