These two went through the wringer getting their home sold! Sometimes transactions are easy, and other times they are the complete opposite.

The first offer fell through because the buyer’s home sale contingency didn’t work out. The second contract fell apart SIX days before closing because the buyers all of a sudden decided they didn’t want to buy the house. I guess signing a legally binding contract means nothing anymore?

The third contract fell through due to financing, and FINALLY, we got it done on the fourth try!

Another one sold! 🏡

If you know, the DeMar’s you’re not happy to see this post. I had three or four people tell me that they did not like me throughout this process because JT DeMar and Kaylee DeMar were moving and I had it listed. 😂
