SOME HOUSES LOOK GOOD IN PICTURES. OTHERS JUST FEEL LIKE HOME.
You know the difference?
It's not always the countertops, the square footage, or the fancy light fixtures.
Sometimes it's the kitchen where everybody somehow ends up standing, even when there's a perfectly good living room.
It's the back porch where a five-minute conversation turns into two hours.
It's the garage where somebody is always working on something.
It's the yard where the kids make a mess, the dog digs a hole, and somehow everybody still has a good day. 😂
And it's that one room in the house where nobody knows how the clutter got there, but nobody wants to be the one to clean it up.
Every home has a personality. And every family has its own version of what makes a house special.
That's one of the things I enjoy about real estate. I'm not just looking at rooms and numbers. I'm helping people think about how a place might fit the way they actually live.
Maybe you need room for a growing family.
Maybe you want a quieter pace and less to maintain.
Maybe your idea of the perfect weekend involves a boat, a fishing pole, or a golf cart at Grand Lake.
Different people. Different priorities. Different definitions of home.
The goal isn't to find the house everybody else wants. It's to find the one that makes sense for you.
So here's my Saturday question…
👇 What's the ONE spot in your house where everybody naturally gathers?
The kitchen? The back porch? The living room? The garage?
And be honest… is it also the spot that gets the messiest? 😂
Let's hear it!
