CHECK WHERE YOUR EVERYDAY STUFF WOULD GO

Where would you put the vacuum? Holiday decorations? Fishing gear? Extra pantry items? Cleaning supplies? Luggage? Tools?
Storage doesn't have to be enormous to be useful—but its location and layout can make a difference.
Open the closets. Look inside the cabinets. Notice the garage or utility areas. Think about what you already own instead of only imagining what new furniture you might buy.
