COMING SOON: It’s been in the works for a while, but Mendocino Farms is planning to make its way to Epicenter.

The popular sandwich and salad restaurant is set to take over the former Gadzooks and Why I Love Where I Live spaces, combining them into one 4,428-square-foot restaurant with expanded outdoor patio space.

Known for its creative sandwiches, fresh salads, and seasonal menu, Mendocino Farms will bring another exciting dining option to Epicenter!

OPENING SOON: 🥩 A NEW CHOPHOUSE IS ALMOST READY TO OPEN ON THE MESA/GILBERT BORDER.

The William New American Chophouse & Bar is putting the finishing touches on its new restaurant at Gallery Park in Southeast Mesa and is almost ready to welcome guests!

This upscale dining destination will bring a modern twist to the traditional American steakhouse, featuring premium cuts of meat, creative cocktails, an impressive w**e selection, and an elevated dining experience.

👨‍🍳 Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco brings more than 25 years of culinary experience, including time at Wynn Las Vegas, The Phoenician, and The Hermosa Inn.

📍 LOCATION: Northeast corner of Ray & Power Roads, just east of Raising Cane’s. The restaurant is attached to the Tempo by Hilton hotel.

🥩 Whether it’s date night, a special celebration, or just a great steak, The William could become a new favorite in the East Valley!

🍔 A postgame Double-Double? Yes, please!

In-N-Out has plans to open a new location on the Arizona Athletic Grounds property! Plans include a freestanding restaurant with two drive-through lanes. 🙌

For families spending their evenings and weekends at the fields and courts, this could become a popular stop before practice or after a tournament. 🏀⚽️🏐

🍻 YARD HOUSE IS COMING TO SANTAN CROSSING!

Yard House is coming to the SanTan Crossing development at the southeast corner of SanTan Village Parkway and Williams Field Road in Gilbert!

The restaurant will be 5,700 square feet, plus 850 square feet of covered outdoor dining. 🌵

Known for its extensive draft b**r selection, Yard House offers burgers, tacos, steaks, seafood and salads, along with favorites like Poke Nachos and Lobster Garlic Noodles.

COMING SOON: Goodwill has plans to build a new location next to Boot Barn on the southeast corner of Gilbert Rd & Germann Rd.

This site has seen different plans over the years. Floor & Decor was previously expected to build here, but those plans changed and the company instead opened its location at Cooper & Germann.

Now, Goodwill appears to be the latest retailer planned for the corner.
