COMING SOON: It’s been in the works for a while, but Mendocino Farms is planning to make its way to Epicenter.

The popular sandwich and salad restaurant is set to take over the former Gadzooks and Why I Love Where I Live spaces, combining them into one 4,428-square-foot restaurant with expanded outdoor patio space.

Known for its creative sandwiches, fresh salads, and seasonal menu, Mendocino Farms will bring another exciting dining option to Epicenter!

Salad & Go is planning a comeback with two new locations, including one in Gilbert at Higley and Williams Field!

The new ownership team has committed to starting with two East Valley locations, one in Gilbert and one in Mesa! 🙌

Original founding chef Daniel Patiño is teaming up with Hospitality First Concepts’ Mike Myers and Tom Misitano to bring the brand back, with plans to prepare food fresh in each restaurant.

BUSINESS: Changes are happening in Gilbert’s restaurant scene! Both FOUR SILOS Coffee & Brewery and Sushi Brokers Gilbert - Fresh AZ Sushi in Downtown Gilbert are under new ownership.

☕ Four Silos, located on Higley Road just south of Elliot, has become a neighborhood favorite for coffee, craft b**r, food, and live music.

🍣 Sushi Brokers, located on Gilbert Road just north of downtown Gilbert, is known for its sushi rolls, lively atmosphere, and happy hour.

With ownership changes come questions about what’s next. Will we see new menus, renovations, or a completely different direction? Or will these local spots keep things just the way customers love them?

The Mediterranean spot is known for customizable bowls and pitas loaded with your choice of proteins, hummus, tzatziki, Crazy Feta, fresh toppings, and dressings. 🙌

📍 Technically, this location is in Mesa, but it’s right next to Gilbert—good news for Gilbert residents still waiting for a CAVA of their own!
