Okay, is the Austin market crashing?!!

Nope.

Is it the same crazy market we saw a few years ago? Also nope

Here’s the vibe right now:

Buyers have MORE choices
Sellers have to be a little more realistic
Negotiation is officially back
Some homes are sitting longer
And there are some really good opportunities for buyers who are ready

The biggest thing I’m telling people right now

You don’t have to wait for the “perfect” interest rate.
And you definitely don’t have to pay whatever the seller is asking.

There’s a little more breathing room in the Austin market and honestly, that can be a GOOD thing.

If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines wondering, “Should I buy now or wait?”
