In today’s DFW market, buyers are moving differently. They’re not rushing. They’re comparing, analyzing, and watching closely in those first 7 days.

They’re checking:
✔️ Is it priced based on current comps?
✔️ How does it compare to other active listings?
✔️ Are there incentives?
✔️ How long has it been sitting?

If a home doesn’t create urgency in Week 1, buyers often pause and hesitation costs momentum.

The good news?
