Some homes hold a little more emotion than others. And man did this one tug at the heart strings.

Helping my seller sell his home that held so many memories with his family, and his wife, was hard. But we were able to get it done and quickly. After only a few short days on market we were able to accept an offer and get the ball rolling.

When it comes to being a buyer in a market with fewer homes for sale... more often than not you may just be in a multiple offer situation, and it might not always go in your favor. With that being said... some things are just meant to be.

We didnt win the first multiple offer situation on this home, and as we continued to try to find the right home, I could tell nothing was comparing to this one.

Then.... "the home" that nothing compared to, just so happened to become active again, and we were not going to lose it this time!
