This week, Lisa Anderson shares a little of her story and why, nearly six years later, American Realty is still exactly where she wants to be.
In Lisa's words...
"From the very beginning, I've felt like I was part of something special at American Realty. We truly are a team, and I love that we genuinely care about one another. It's a pretty special feeling to know you have so many people in your corner.
I was fortunate to be trained by Bob Neuhowner, and I'll forever be grateful for everything he taught me. Being surrounded by such experienced agents has been invaluable. I know I can pick up the phone, ask a question, bounce around ideas and always find someone willing to help.
American Realty is the only brokerage I've ever called home. I started here in 2021, and now, as I begin my sixth year, I can't imagine being anywhere else.
One of the things I appreciate most is the support we receive from our brokers, Ashley and Heather. I see their commitment to our agents and the success of American Realty every single day. They're always looking for ways to help us grow, whether that's investing in new technology, providing educational opportunities or making sure we have the tools and resources we need to do our jobs well.
And the best part? I absolutely love what I do! Helping buyers and sellers through such an important chapter of their lives brings me so much joy. First-time homebuyers especially have a special place in my heart.
American Realty was the right place for me in 2021, and it's absolutely the right place for me in 2026. I'm so thankful for the people I get to work alongside every day."
