Compete on connection, not size.
That was one of the messages coming out of EDGE: The Tech & Data Forum, hosted by T3 Sixty and Real Estate News this week in Dallas. Our sales director Randall Graham was there to chat with franchisors about what’s next.
And it reinforced something we've been discussing with enterprise brokerage leaders all year: Brokerages don't have a technology purchasing problem. They have a technology disconnection problem.
A few takeaways from the conference:
🔹 Data before more technology. In the preview of the 2027 Swanepoel Trends Report, data—not AI—was reportedly the most frequently used word.
🔹 Connection creates competitive advantage. It's not about how many applications you have. It's about how effectively your technology, data and operations work together.
🔹 AI needs infrastructure. From MCP servers to enterprise intelligence, A
AI's value depends on secure access to connected, trusted brokerage data.
The takeaway? Brokerage leaders need more than a collection of tools. They need the infrastructure to turn data into visibility, intelligence and better business decisions.
That's exactly where Nautilent operates.
Thank you to T3 Sixty and Real Estate News for two days of great conversations, insights and to connect with so many industry thought leaders.
