Live from BPP, it’s Halloween! 🎬🎃 Our Bearing Point Properties team went all out as our favorite SNL characters this year. Because what’s life without a little fun? Think you can name them all? Tell us in the comments! 👇

🥫 Bearing Point Properties is partnering with the Baton Rouge Food Bank for our Fall Food Drive!

From October 26 through November 30, our headquarters office, as well as our communities will be collecting non-perishable food items to help families and neighbors across our area this holiday season. Look for collection boxes at participating Bearing Point properties!

Every can, box, and jar makes a difference. Thank you for helping us give back to the communities we call home. 🧡💙

We’re so proud of our on-site team at Sweetwater Point Cottages- Apartments in Youngsville, LA! They’ve reached 90% during lease-up, a huge milestone for this community.

From development to construction to leasing, this journey has been an incredible testament to collaboration, innovation, and hard work. Thank you to everyone who helped make Sweetwater Point what it is today!

We’re so grateful for our friends at 225 Painting Pros! They treated our team to some latin lunch from Superior Grill today, and they’ve also been giving our office a fresh new look. We’re in love with the deep blue walls, which pair perfectly with our Bearing Point orange! 💙🧡

Thank you, 225 Painting Pros!
