Not your typical Tuesday morning as a Realtor! 😮‍💨🏡🔨

I don’t just work hard for my buyers and sellers — I work hard for my investors, too!

This morning, I sat on the courthouse steps at the Oglethorpe County Courthouse to bid on a property for one of my investor clients… and WHAT an adrenaline rush! 😅

Bidding started as low as $11,000 🤯 and after going head-to-head with a couple of other bidders, I came out on top and WON the property for my investor! 🙌🏼🏆

And the fun is just getting started…

Once the property is vacant and renovations are complete, I’ll have the opportunity to bring it back to the market as the listing agent! 🏡✨
