Thanks to everyone who played the very first “What Did It Sell For Wednesday!” Normally there will be just one winner, but both of these sharp guessers nailed the EXACT price. My rules didn't cover a tie, so we're doing the right thing and rewarding them both. Congrats!

This half duplex in Aviston sold for $135,000 and that number may surprise a lot of you. Honestly, it surprised us at first too. With very few comparable sales in Aviston for half of a duplex, that's where it appraised.

For context, a similar building on the same street recently sold for $143,000, and it had a finished basement and more square footage. So you could argue this one actually outperformed the market. 🏁
