Leading the Treasure Valley through service and integrity since 2003. Our love for Boise is a love of home. Our team members live and raise families here.

We know the streets and neighborhoods – the little pockets and hidden gems – like the back of our hands. Team Leader, Andrea Pettitt is a 4th generation Idahoan, and previously led the Pettitt Group. The Boise Group is a collaborative, cooperative team with thousands of transactions under our belt. BUYING YOUR DREAM HOME:
As the most involved and connected citizens in town, we are experts at finding the right fit for you, whether in the roomy, family-friendly neighborhoods of Meridian, near the quaint riverfront Boise Greenbelt areas of the Southeast, or close to the great hiking in the Northwest Boise foothills corridor. We also know which shoe stores and vegan restaurants are hiding in which neighborhoods, not to mention where to find the best schools, the safest and quietest streets, the most awe-inspiring views, and the most affordable houses. OUR EXPERIENCE SELLS HOMES:
Team members boast more than 70 years of combined experience, we live in neighborhoods alongside our clients, and our networking and research efforts deftly identify buyers looking for a home like yours. When we take on your home's listing, the journey is just beginning. We work our magic to turn your home into a story, an experience, that captures the heart of the right buyer. We treasure the opportunity to work with local Boiseans, whether they are upsizing, downsizing, or rightsizing, and remain a resource beyond buying or selling by helping our clients connect to the Boise community and to each other. Trust and relationships are the foundation of the Boise Group Experience. Call us to begin or move to the next stage of your journey.

When it comes to the comfort of home, it’s often in the little things.

How do you define a happy home?

10/26/2026

Price per square foot is a great starting point, but it doesn’t reflect the whole story.

We mentor a lot of newer agents, and one mistake I see often is pricing a home at a neighborhood’s average price per square foot. It may look fair on paper, but many times a home ends up being overpriced because it doesn’t have the same features that bumped other homes’ numbers up.

Two homes at the same size can be worth very different amounts.

Here is what buyers will pay more for:
• An updated kitchen
• An extra bedroom
• A garage you can actually use
• A layout that makes sense

For resale homes, the price per square foot is just one piece of the puzzle. Sometimes, the best option will be the home with the highest price per square foot.

Are you thinking about buying or selling? Send us a message, we’d love to help you see the full picture.

Fall has always been our favorite season in the Treasure Valley 🍂 Growing up here, it was the time of year when Boise felt the most like itself, and a few traditions are still worth planning around.

🥕 Saturday mornings at the Capital City Public Market
🍺 Oktoberfest celebrations at local breweries and b**r gardens
🏈 Bronco game days, when the whole city turns blue and orange
🌽 Corn mazes and pumpkin picking at Linder Farms in Meridian
🍁 A hike up Table Rock or a Greenbelt walk when the leaves turn
🍷 Dinner on the Basque Block on a crisp evening
🎃 Harrison Boulevard all decked out for Halloween
✨ Winter Garden aGlow at the Idaho Botanical Garden to kick off the holidays

What is your favorite Treasure Valley fall tradition? We would love to hear it in the comments.

What would a normal Tuesday look like here? ☀️→🌙

You start with a walk. The back gate opens right onto the Muir Woods park, 4 acres of trees and paths, and the HOA takes care of all of it. You come home and get a workout in your private gym. Breakfast happens around the big kitchen island, work happens in your own dedicated office space, and dinner happens out on the covered patio. Then you finish the night in the swim spa under the pergola.

6 beds, 4.5 baths, 4,071 sq ft, and plenty of room for family, guests, or both.

2664 S Goshen Way, Boise | $1,298,600

Want to see it in person? Send us a message and we’ll set up a private showing.

Even with over 10 years in Boise real estate, our team lead Andrea P. still shows up for her clients the same way. She listens first, negotiates hard, and gets the number her sellers deserve. On top of that, she still has the same compassion and excitement that led her to real estate all these years later.
