October is officially in the books and we're getting closer and closer to wrapping up what has been an incredible year for The Eissa Group!

Another month of happy homeowners, successful closings, and families getting one step closer to their goals!

Congratulations to all of our clients who officially closed on their homes this month and to everyone who is currently under contract, we're almost there!!

One thing we've learned from helping so many families this year is that no two transactions are ever the same. Everyone has their own circumstances, timelines, and challenges, and our team's responsibility is to figure out how to make things work for each and every one of them.

Whether that's helping a military family relocate to Idaho, getting a home sold so someone can move on to their next chapter, or helping a buyer finally find the right home, there's a lot that goes into making all of this happen.

We're getting closer to our big goal of helping 100 people buy or sell a home this year, and it's pretty exciting to see how far we've come!

None of this would be possible without the people who continue to trust our team, send their friends and family our way, and support what we're building.

As always, take care of people and people will take care of you!
