Today is DAY ONE of an exciting new partnership! 🙌

I want to take a moment to celebrate and show some appreciation for Leilani Glenn!

Today officially kicks off our coaching journey together, and I couldn't be more excited about what we're going to accomplish!

We've got BIG goals, a vision for where we're headed, and most importantly, a commitment to doing the work it takes to get there.

One of the greatest blessings of what I get to do is having the opportunity to work directly alongside incredible people who are committed to growing, challenging themselves, and building something bigger.

Leilani, thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. I don't take that responsibility lightly, and I'm genuinely grateful for the opportunity to be in your corner.

Nobody gets excited about one drop of water.

But everybody notices a full bucket.

Think about that.

We live in a world that celebrates BIG wins.

The big paycheck.

The big promotion.

The big transformation.

The big breakthrough.

But you know what we don't celebrate enough?

The Tuesday afternoon when you did the work even though you didn't feel like it.

The phone call you made when nobody was answering.

The workout you finished when you wanted to quit.

The time you spent investing in a relationship when life was pulling you in a hundred other directions.

Those are the drops.

And here's what I've learned.

You don't get to skip the drops and still expect a full bucket.

You have to keep showing up.

Not because every day will be amazing.

But because every day is an opportunity to add something.

💧 Small actions. Repeated consistently. Over time.

That's how you build something worth keeping.

What if doing EVERYTHING yourself is actually one of the most SELFISH things you can do? 🔥

Yeah, I said it.

And before you get defensive, hear me out.

We love to say things like...

"I'll just do it myself."
"It's faster if I handle it."
"Nobody can do it the way I do."
"I don't want to burden anyone else."

Sounds responsible, right?

Sounds like you're working hard, taking ownership, and making things happen.

But what if your need to do everything is ROBBING someone else of their opportunity to become something greater?

Think about that.

Somewhere around you is someone with a gift they haven't had the chance to use.

Someone with a talent they're just waiting to develop.

Someone who could absolutely THRIVE in an area where you're simply trying to SURVIVE.

But they'll never get that opportunity if you refuse to let go.

You weren't given your strengths so you could do everything. And neither were they.

Leadership isn't about proving how much YOU can accomplish.

It's about discovering how much MORE can be accomplished when you give others the opportunity to shine.

And here's the part that really hits me...

Every time you refuse to release control, you might be holding someone else back from discovering what they're capable of.

Let that sink in.

Maybe it's not that nobody else can do it.

Maybe you've just never given them the chance.

Stop trying to be everything to everybody.

Start being the person who creates opportunities for OTHERS to become everything they're capable of being.

That's leadership. That's impact. That's legacy.

Are you building a REAL ESTATE BUSINESS, or have you just created a JOB for yourself? 👀

Sometimes it requires BETTER systems, stronger habits, and someone willing to challenge the way you're operating.

And I don't care what brokerage you're with. This isn't about your company, your logo, or your commission split.

This is about YOU building a business that serves your LIFE instead of consuming it.
