Some things deserve to be ghosted. 👻

Bad listing photos.
Outdated real estate advice from someone who bought their house for $62,000 in 1987.
The idea that every buyer needs 20% down.
Calling something “unrestricted” and then never asking another question.
Waiting forever for the “perfect” interest rate.
And pretending that gorgeous mountain view somehow cancels out the driveway that just took three years off your life. 😂

North Georgia real estate already comes with enough quirks, covenants, slopes, septic questions, access issues, and “well that’s interesting…” moments.

Old Chicken Farm Road was one of those listings that reminded me exactly why the launch matters so much. 💚

Elizabeth and Robert trusted me with a property they cared about, gave me room to build the marketing and game plan around what made it special, and then let me run with it.

I was a mom before I was a Realtor, and honestly, the transferable skills are concerning. 😂

Four kids have taught me patience, negotiation, crisis management, investigative research, and how to remain completely unfazed while someone is having a meltdown over something ridiculous.

Real estate just gave me a license to put those skills to work. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ll dig through property records like I’m solving a cold case, tell you the truth even when it’s not what you want to hear, and fight for your best interests like you’re one of my own.

I’m not everybody’s cup of tea. I’m a Sasser, after all. 💁🏼‍♀️

But if you want someone who’s going to care about your investment, do the homework, tell you the truth, and probably make you laugh somewhere along the way…
